Terms of use
These terms set the basic rules for using the current Tipo pilot while commercial terms are being prepared.
Using Tipo
You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure, and use only workspaces, projects and meetings you are authorised to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You give Tipo the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and display that content to operate the service and the sharing choices you make.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tipo to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or upload content you do not have permission to use.
Guests and invitations
You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and access levels. Invitation and guest links should be treated as private and revoked or allowed to expire when no longer needed.
Third-party services
Tipo relies on hosting, storage, video, email and optional messaging providers. Their availability and their own terms or privacy practices may affect those parts of the service.
Pilot availability
The pilot may change, be interrupted or contain defects. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, data or the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Tipo and request account assistance. We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be reflected by a new date. Questions can be sent to meetings@tiponote.com.
