Privacy
Tipo is built to keep client work separated by organisation and project. This page explains the information used to operate the current pilot service.
Information handled by Tipo
This can include account and profile details; organisation, client and project membership; files and file versions; meeting participation; notes, feedback, decisions, actions and annotations; connected messaging settings; and limited technical or security logs.
Why it is used
We use this information to provide the service, control access, run meetings, store project records, send requested invitations or notifications, respond to support requests, protect accounts and improve reliability.
Service providers
Tipo uses specialist providers to operate the service, including Supabase for database, authentication and file storage, Vercel for application hosting, and LiveKit for live audio and video. Email and connected messaging providers process information only when those features are used.
Access and sharing
Organisation and project permissions determine who can open work. Hosts can invite signed-in collaborators or temporary meeting guests. Connected services receive only the information needed for the action a user configures.
Retention and choices
Project information remains available while the relevant account and workspace use the service, subject to product retention rules and deletion requests. You can update profile information in Settings and can ask us about access, correction or deletion at meetings@tiponote.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for security and dispute prevention.
Security and international processing
Tipo uses access controls and other safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
Updates
We may update this notice as the product and its legal obligations develop. A revised date will appear at the top of this page.
